Gradin Competence Framework

The Gradin Competence Framework (GCF) provides a complete lifetime progression of the necessary skills and competences that aid successful professional development and achievement.  Based on accepted management theory translated into everday business terms the GCF can be used by any organisation as a set of tools to manage the performance and development of its primary asset - its people.

The GCF is separated into 3 dimensions that describe 6 areas of competence...

GCF Dimensions

For each of these dimensions a person will achieve a levels of competence based on accumulated skills, knowledge and experience that when combined together determine the type of role and level of responsibility that he/she can succeed in. The GCF therefore provides a path for all people in the organisation from the raw recruit through to the industry leader.
